Southern California rapper Prynce Hamilton has decided to put you, dear reader, up on his immense talents and so he’s shared this tight single with you. He has been doing his thing from the time he was 5 so you need not get alarmed at how sleek Hamilton’s flow is. Among the people who have shaped his style is Harlem MC Charles Hamilton (no relation). He also draws inspiration from the works of Kanye West and Joe Budden.
In ‘No Time’ Prynce has found himself a girl who’s “better than my boo” and he’s not ashamed to let the world know. The track starts off the way they used to in the days of Avante and Jagged Edge. I don’t know if this comes off as a complement, but there’s a bit of Bow Wow in the delivery though the lovestruck word play sounds like something written by the LL Cool J of yore. In fact the entire EP from which No Time is drawn, ‘Libra Season’ is more or less about the ups and downs of relationships, kinda like the EP ScienZe dedicated to Ella.
Stop what you’re doing and peep the game Hamilton drops over this crunk beat and the fly vocals Cory Jones provides on the hook. After a good listen rate it and tell us if you Hate it or Love it.
